Barpix Repair takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data-protection law.

Data collected and purposes

• Quote request / contact form: the information you provide (name or alias, e-mail address, details about your console or project). Purpose: answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on the service.
• Communication via Discord: if you contact us through our Discord server, the exchanges are also processed by Discord under its own terms.

Legal basis

Processing of contact/quote requests is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and/or on our legitimate interest in responding.

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for Barpix Repair. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the host, as a technical provider strictly necessary for the site, may access it.

Transfers outside the EU

As the site is hosted by GitHub (USA), a transfer of your data outside the European Union may occur on that basis. It is governed by appropriate safeguards (notably the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

• Contact/quote requests without a contractual relationship: 3 years maximum from the last contact.
• Documents related to a completed service: in line with applicable legal (notably accounting) obligations.
